Dates for “Robbie Williams Request Week”: June 10, 2013- June 16, 2013
On June 14 (2013), British superstar Robbie Williams will embark on his first stadium tour in what feels like a while. The “Take The Crown” stadium tour is slated to begin in Dublin (Ireland). It is hard to believe this guy has been in the business as a solo artist for over 15 years. He definitely had the persona and an image of a solo star while he was one of five members of British super-group Take That. That being said, no one could have predicted that he would be the band’s breakout star. Given that the stadium tour is going to be a reminder of that, we could not think of a better time to celebrate his musical legacy.
We are happy to announce the celebration of “Robbie Williams Request week” with all of you from June 10 – June 16, 2013. As part of “Robbie Williams Request” week, we are accepting requests for ANY released song by Robbie Williams. But we want to make this even more interesting. Send us an audio recording of your “voice request” of the song by Robbie Williams that you would like to see played on Radio Creme Brulee. The “voice request” should be not more than 20 seconds long. We will play your voice request before the song AND we will play your request 8 times on the day (once every 3 hours) that we air it. We will also send you an e-mail to inform you on which day of the week your request will get multiple plays. That way, we know you will not miss the song. Take this opportunity to celebrate one of UK’s hottest musical exports and while doing so, get your voice heard on a global broadcast. You can listen to our station from anywhere in the world via www.radiocremebrulee.com. We are accepting requests from ALL OVER THE WORLD since you can listen to us anywhere. As we had mentioned earlier, We will tell you in advance on what day we plan to play your request.
So how do you do this? Here goes:
What are the dates for “Robbie Williams Request Week”?
The first request for “Robbie Williams Request week” will be aired on June 10, 2013 and the last requests will be aired on June 16, 2013 – so get your requests in QUICKLY! Only 21 people will get their requests played.
What do you need for a “voice” request?
– A computer or a smartphone
– A microphone (your smartphone comes with this!)
– A software that can record your voice (ALL computers have at least a “Sound Recorder” software on them).
Rules for the request
– The recording must NOT be longer than 20 seconds.
What would a sample request sound like?
